Hi, I’m Charlie

aka Charlie Charlie 

Welcome to What Charlie HQ ~ the ‘umbrella academy’ for every project and spinning plate I have on the go as a creative, writer, content creator, Mum, boss & entrepreneur. 

My besties muse I have *undiagnosed ADHD. I will go as far as to concede I’m a multi/hyphenate with an ever-expanding portfolio career. And I’m a Gemini. Just to confound the issue. 

My list of current projects will shift & evolve over time. This is the nature of entrepreneurial life.

But some themes will be recurrent: essentially, I’m always looking to find a creative way to put my words out into the world. In past lives this has taken the form of mirror mantra stickers and then iron on vinyl bikini mantras, and now I’m launching my What Charlie Tote tote bags. 

What will never change is that the words I put out will always be powerful, motivating, real - and sweary AF. 

A signature style and tone of voice that’s also present in the disruptive resumés I’m reWriting for people trying to cut through noisy recruitment processes with Real, rare & outstanding CVs that stand out. 

A Bit About Me, Charlie

When I’m not writing, creating or printing you’ll find me chilling at Home on the Northern Beaches of Pretty City Sydney with my three kids, Marley, Elvis & Ruby, probably lost in a Guy Ritchie x Jason Statham heist movie with a one pot slow cook 7 hours deep in the oven, one eye on the movie’s Wikipedia page while trying (unsuccessfully) not to spoil the ending for myself - and one of my besties on speed dial for a quick chat that went on for longer than the movie.
*All at the same time.

I’ve been freelance copywriting, creative writing, social media marketing and making magic in my creative studio for 11 years now - in 2026 I’m betting on myself and building a legacy my kids and their kids and their kids’ kids will be proud of.
