What is Pretty City Sydney

Pretty City began as a hashtag and a @PrettyCitySydney Instagram account, inspired by Siobhan Ferguson’s viral Pretty City London Instagram account, and her work showcasing The Pretty Cities of the world. 

Pretty City Sydney is a growing community of amateur and professional foodies, photographers, tour guides and historians with a shared love for documenting Sydney streets, Sydney events, Sydney terraces and pretty Sydney houses - as well as the hidden gem or fan favourite much loved pop ups, festivals and activities that Sydneysiders are lucky enough to enjoy in the world’s favourite city. 

For me it’s a passion project that has evolved from resharing photos, to foodie reviews , to covering big ticket events, to journalism and reporting for some of Sydney’s most iconic tourism, entertainment and hospitality publications.
