1 ~ My background is research. This means I spend an unholy amount of time studying recruiters and recruitment. It’s a daily practice that takes me across industries and has evolved to include talking with recruiters, interviewing recruiters - and writing for recruiters.

In the nearly 30 years I’ve dedicated to CV writing I’ve made it my business to know exactly what catches their eye. From format and visuals to headlines, structure, highlights, key words and phrasing.
